Candidate Sourcing
Hosts select their own (or from the training provider’s) interns and learners to ensure that they meet the investor requirements and are the bet fit for the host company, ensuring a more successful hosting period
Host Matching
We match investors and hosts with their interns and learners based on skills, locations and business needs.
Training & Support
We provide ongoing support to both the interns/learners and host companies throughout the ImpactX programme, as well as work readiness training to the 12-month programme interns and learners.
Monitoring & Reporting
We monitor progress and provide regular reports to corporate partners on the impact of their investment.
