A simple model with powerful potential.
Invest in a Person
An investor funds a person’s stipend for 12 months and may also contribute towards their training and development.
Place the Person with a Host Business
The person is hosted by either the investor’s business or an SMME host business. This gives the host business access to additional capacity without carrying the full salary cost during the initial period.
Support the Host to Grow
The host business participates in AscendX Business Growth Online Workshops, designed to help them strengthen strategy, improve growth opportunities and build the business capability needed to expand sustainably.
Create a Pathway to Employment
As the host business grows, the goal is for them to reach a point where they not only need to retain the person, but also have the financial ability to continue employing them once the stipend period ends.
